God knows why i'm asking this here, but who knows, maybe someone can help me.
On Sunday I got 10 stiches in my knee playing 5-a-side, but they couldn't stich a bit right at the end of the cut because the skin was missing (probably stick to my keepers blades), they said it would just have to scab over and heal normally.
The problem is, it's been 4 days now (of not bending my leg
), and no scab appearing due to the fact it keeps bleeding, which sticks to the bandage and when I go to change it, it rips whatever scab was there off
, and then proceeds to bleed for another hour. I've changed the bandage 3 times today because of blood coming through and it's starting to annoy me now.
One option I suppose is book a doctors appointment, ask him how the stiches look, if it's healing well and what he thinks. This would mean getting someone to take me to the doctors and probably wasting the doctors time.
Or, I could just wait it out until Wednesday when the stiches come out and hope it's healed by then?
Bit long winded, but meh, any ideas?
