There's a Team Talk option in the office menu.

It seems you can load a team mates saved setup, so staggering our runs, making the suggested adjustments and saving again maybe the way forward.

Yep, my four runs have given me a few improvements to my setup, but even your slowest one was faster, though that could come down to driver characteristics.
