| the shambolic-ness of the CSA set-up was unbelievable, two systems running side by side with totally different rules meaning two people with identical circumstances could be paying totally different amounts. and the time we had to wait to get hold of some case files, amazing.

Was in the paper millions of people have changed their PIN. WTF will that do  They never had your pin the first place on the disks

| People were advised to change their pin if it was their child's dob or something that was also on the discs. Just common sense imo.

| We have the same system here in sweden and that discussion comes up every now and then. They did some calculations and realised that a criteria based system would cost more (in total) as it would require a lot of personel doing the checking of who meets the criteria and who doesn't. |
