A complete shambles to be honest on the news reporting this person or that person shouldn't be to blame.
Then release the name of the actual person for it then.

There's more than enough blame to spread around on this one
At least the head of HMRC had the decency to resign
Darlings head has to be on the block, and if the procedures that allowed this to happen were put in place on Browns watch because of his reforms, then he's up **** creak too
So unbelievably **** off right now, knowing that my wifes bank details along with her and my sons personal information could be in the hands of anyone
They can **** right off if they think I'm having an identity card

| Depends on the policy in place, and how well this policy was enforced by management
The Blame on this one go's from the post boy who lost / sold the disks, all the way up through the Junior Official who thought this would be a good idea, to his boss with the QMS team in the firing line too up to the very top

how can the politician do anything about it though? even the chairman, you expect every single action to be reported to the highest authority, the junior official screwed up, and if anyone should leave it should be him.
but i know that's not will happen.
