That politician who is on Sky News at the minute is doing my head in, how can resigning be the cowards way out? Surely if the agency has made such a serious balls up then surely the top man has to go?

As a universal benefit everyone who meets the criteria will be eligible to claim regardless of employment or income status.

Whether universal benefits should be scrapped in favour of means testing or a more appropriate criteria base, is another argument.
