Debate regarding the serving of ice in cold beverages

When i work i normally ask if people want ice for coke and stuff like that. Unless they ask for a spirit and mixer and i assume they do want some.

Its a student bar so mostly they dont care as long as its alcoholic

There is probably correlation between being a sipper and a guzzler and wanting ice in your drink. The drink itslef is also of consequence.

I'm in Taiwan and not just bottomless beer, botteless anything...dangerous cos all the spirits are freepour rather than measures. Whats irresponsible is the way the police help drunken English teachers back onto there scooters.
