No frills, throwaway pop music that I don't have to engage my brain with. Catchy enough to keep me interested though. Like Nadine's voice, none of the vocals make me want to cut my ears off in the way 95% of modern pop music does.
The snobbery towards pop music means that it seems to be uncool to listen to any pop artist whatsoever. There is good pop music out there it's just clogged up by James Morrison and Kaiser Chiefs et al being played all day, every day.
