Good for Wigan but they aren't exactly going places and surely Birmingham would be better for that. Suppose he must have had good reason to believe he wouldn't be staying at Birmingham much longer.

Read recently Coleman tried to resign but couldn't? That seems false though, how can you not be able to resign?

He did have good reason to believe it, because of the take over stuff.

As for the Coleman stuff, i really don't know where that is coming from. From what i've heard he's actually happy in Spain. The club are aware the playing staff are shocking and so aren't expecting an instant return, they know it's a long term project. There's been a few issues, like him staying out late then lying about it to the press when he was late for a press conference, but nothing really that suggests he wants to leave.

They were going to offer him a new contract, but the new guy coming in won't let them. They wanted to keep him, hence the compensation.

And i don't know what people expect him to do with Brum tbh. Or who they think they'll get that's more capable.
