can still actually get odds of 1.08 for bruce to be next wigan manager on betfair
surely this hold up is only something trivial?

| Chap on the local BBC news, Burnley fan, scruffy looking, i've forgotten his name, said that his sources at Birmingham has told him that it was still very much still in the balance although he said his hunch was that Bruce would take over at some point soon. Whelan reckons next 24 hours.
