well i survived the day anyway.

went off to work, no real side affects, i did make 2 trips to the toilet though it was a bit more runny then usual, but last 3 hours or so, i have a kinda cramp just below my stomach, but i think thats due to me holding in air that i had to release

i've developed a bit of a killer headache now for the past 2 hours, but apart from that, i'm pretty ok, so lets just hope i survive the night :thup:

The proper symptoms usually kick-in about 24 - 48 hours. I know I was fine for about 2 days, then my legs began to feel like lead. Don't really remember the next few days after that.
