Used it a few times before I got my contract, it failed as often as it succeeded in my experience. Switched to using my debit card over the phone in the end.

i use my card over the phone aswell. A Much better job

i just got my debit card today..only 16 so as i dont know any of my mates that have one? I might aswel use it to top up (Orange) what a brilliant item to have in my wallet, so much better than a top up card so cool

I use the web topup without problems. A friend has the same problems as you though.
