still not sure what people's beef with o'neill is. there are better managers in the world, yeah, but it's not like it would be another mcclaren appointment. o'neill is fairly outspoken and has a good track record, it would hardly be the end of the world.

I don't mind him, just of those three names he'd be a clear third choice for me.

If we're hiring a British manager I'd still probably plump for Harry Redknapp over MON, though when you think that means masses of game time for Lampard I change my mind.

Then again, Heskey probably guaranteed a start under MON.

It's not in order. They are some good managers who can give England another beautiful story. At least, I expect Cantona and Shearer will be a good manager.
