Every now and then we get together and have poker sessions at our house, but now i want to venture out into the world of online poker. I'd only want to upload about £10 a time so I'm not a big time player, and i much prefer tournaments to cash-ring games. I used to be on Pokerroom.com but i've heard that other companies offer better bonuses and things for students, but I have no idea which one is best.

So what is the best site for me? From my brief research online party poker is getting a lot of good reviews, but i also want to know which sites allow you to upload and download your money fast and safely! Cheers

I occasionally play on Ladbrokes poker. Put about £20 in a few months ago. Got about £20 in there now.

I use pacific poker...I registered a while ago, so cant comment on the details.

However, they do have a lot of Multi-table tournaments (lots of free ones as well, where u DO win money). Although I cannot comment on cashing-out.

I love Pacific bt they used to be right bastards with withdrawalsonce over - used to be only credit cards. Now, as far as I know (haven't cashed out in a while), moneybookers, debit cards, bank transfers etc are allowed.

I generally used poker365, couldn't tell you about cashing out though as i'm pants and never won.

PKR has a $25 buy in and $0.2/0.4 games - the cheapest I've found so far. It gets slagged off by a lot of people but I rather like it :thup:
