Instead of getting lucky with the top seed i'd rather get lucky with a weaker 3rd seed. We never seem to play the Czechs, wouldnt mind playing them, even France. No to Italy or Spain in particular. People mentioning Ukraine as a bad thing, i'd take them over others in that pot tbh. Wouldnt mind playing Hungary or Cyprus from that pot and look at Austria's ranking

why are switzerland in pot three? not exactly fair to penalise them for automatically qualifying for euro 2008 is it?

no idea why israel are in pot two ahead of the swiss, ukraine, serbia etc

I'd disagree about Netherlands. They've not been playing well recently.
I think Slovakia are stronger than Macedonia.

Well, England deserve to be 2nd seeds, tbf, so can't really complain. Happy to see Greece in the 1st seeds box, so much more deserved.

I know it goes on seedings and they are typically rubbish, but there still seems to be some wild variations in the groups. I mean, surely Poland are miles better than Bulgaria?

Mon England v Holland or something, i'd like to see England play a good side for once.

I personally feel England would do better in a 'tougher' group than one they feel they are going to easily qualify from, for some reason.

Based on rankings. Those are the rankings of the European teams as of today.
