Another adventure into BG land 
Where is this being reported?
Anyway, I love how BG makes it seem like having a liver transplant is a breeze. He'll arguably suffer more now than if he's simply left to die.
Pretty certain he won't get preferential treatment too. He'll have to wait along with all the other people awaiting a kidney transplant.

I would hate him to get a new liver over someone who didn't kidnap two young girls and murder them before their 11th birthday. Thats just me though.
