I bet that appeal cost us taxpayers a fortune. The justice system should take a leaf out of the FA's book. Once the decision has been made, there should be nothing they can do. Otherwise you undermine the courts. None of this looking at video replays and DNA mumbo jumbo, either.

The key point for me shouldn't be whether or not he should get one as a killer, it's whether he should get a new liver because he ruined his original. People who ruin items of their body through abuse should be instantly at the bottom of the list imo.
I have absolutely no idea if this is the case but I suspect not.
