I think the problems are the reasons for his omission from the squad in the play off game at Albion.

Dropped from the squad due to being "spotted" out drinking the night before.

Well it'd be a shame for him for not to feature at all this season for a mistake he made last season. We'd probably end up getting next to nothing for him if he moved on and you just know he'd flourish elsewhere. It's a shame in a way that Olofinjana and Potter were in such good form in the last 10-12 games of the season because he didnt really get a look in.

i wonder if henry will play in the middle next season, or if he will be at rightback.

I agree totally mate. The impression I get with MM is that anyone can make a mistake and get a chance to put it behind them. I reckon the ball is in Davies' court.

And jeez, I'd forgotten about Henry! It's looking a strong squad, but the difference now is the absence of the freeloaders and big time Charlies. Could be an exciting season

I think it depends entirely on who MM brings in at the back. Obviously the ideal centre back pairing (going on last season) would be Edwards/Collins. Edwards never looks as secure at right back as he does in the centre. Henry did a pretty good job when he filled in there, but whether he'd be happy playing there full time I dont know, and also whether MM would want to play him there full time knowing he is a central midfielder by trade is another question.

Well if Edwards is in the centre Henry is probably our best right back. And he could well be even if competing with Edwards. So play him there, I say. We've got Potter, Seyi, Davies (if sober, it seems) who can play MC as well.

I think it is pretty much agreed that we need a pacy centre back. Collins and Edwards are both too one paced. As for Breen, my nan is faster than him these days. And she's dead.

I also still think we need someone with more ooomph in midfield than Seyi provides. The Wolves version of Kevin Nolan.

Well the BBC is saying we've definitely put bids in for Eastwood and also Ryan(?) Lafferty from Burnley. I know next to nothing about him. Anyone here who can do better?

He's a winger/forward, I think. Hes quite young, only 19/20. We were after him in January, or there were rumours we were, but he signed a new contract at Burnley in March to stay until 2010.
