while mm's signings continue to be (for the most part) excellent, i don't care where they come from.

moxey has said there probably won't be any nore for a while. i would guess that any further signings are likely to be loans when there is a better idea of who will be available.

that is actually astonishing. leaves us with a player whose untried at this level, and dan jones.

not a worldbeater, but a good deliverer of the ball. maybe doesn't beat players as much as he might but a perfectly decent player at this level.

Weird one about Michael McIndoe going. I've read the interview with him on the Wolves official site, and he says something to the effect of he didn't feel Wolves were playing in a way to suit him, he wasn't getting enough of the ball, and he feels Bristol City have a lot of ambition. Plus he knows their manager.

Not a hugely convincing explanation. I know he's had problems in the past with his attitude and alcohol and so on. I can only assume MM had told him that he wasn't going to be first choice winger now Jarvis has arrived and so he decided to get huffy about it.

I still think it's a shame, as he did fairly well for us last season. Top of the assists chart, for instance.

And, whilst I understand the reasons, it irritates me a bit that Wolves never disclose their transfer fees.

We do have a big squad, and I'm sure that MM would like to trim it. No sign of any interest in Johnson, Clapham, Frankowski or Rosa yet though.

Sshhhhh! You're not supposed to tell anyone. How are we going to get rid of them otherwise?
