Ive been without Internet on my main PC for almost a week now after it suddenly decided to stop working.
I'll give you the jist of it. We have several computers connected the internet at home. One via a cable from the router (fed hby our Cable box) and 3 PC's and 1 Laptop hooked up Wirelessly. The PC connected via cable, the laptop, and 2 of the Desktop PC's connected Wirelessly have been able to connect fine - even my Wii and XBox 360.., but my main PC in my room has been unable to connect to the net since Sunday.
It has Vista Home Premium on it, the Wireless Card is Linksys (the same make as the Router) and I have had no problems getting it to connect before.
I have tried resetting the router and the cable box several times, and I have asked the computer to get new IP Settings for the Network Device and try to Repair the issue too. I have even uninstalled the card and installed it again, but this has made no difference.
