biggest selling means nothing when all of Japan are Nintendo fan boys. The fact the 360 is outselling the PS3 when Japan notoriously couldnt care less about the xbox says alot more IMHOOMOMDIESNF

Well I got £250 for my wii having used it only once in 6 months. lready used the ps3 at least ten times more than that but xbox is far greater than anything atm. The ds iqg too.

And how exactly is that different from any other console in history...

Someone has to buy games like Barbie's adventure...Horsez...Hanna Montana...Sponge Bob Square Pants.

Majority of console owners has and always will be casual/non-gamers.

Your not seeing anything different...the only telling difference is instead of launching a console at mainly targetting the hardcore gamer like the typical console strategy...Nintendo marketed the Wii straight away towards the non-gamer/casuals who have always been the majority.

360 btw. Although as of this month the PS3 becomes a very good console, as it's always been the best bit of hardware and you're getting 2 or 3 genuinely top games to add to the 3 or 4 already out there.

ps3 simply because of it's VASTLY superior back catalogue.

as of yet, i haven't seen a single game that has screamed "you must spend a fortune of X console and buy me."

thinking of finally getting a next gen console, and leaning toward the ps3 simply because of the back catalogue, and how underwhelmed i was by my xbox (seriously regret trading my ps2 for it).
