Never heard people say it but seen it on plenty of people's Facebook profiles. It's always girls though, would be shocked if I heard a guy say it irl.

I have never heard anyone say the word 'woop' that wasn't talking on the net. Just seems a bit strange to say it in a face to face conversation.
