Is the PDC much better then the BDO, I know in recent past that RVB was BDo championship before he joined PDC, Does the BDO have good quality? is it better then PDC

Because the BDO is stuck in the 80's and does nothing to promote darts and move it forward, the players split to form their own organization with sky to get more TV coverage and prize money.

There's no doubt the PDC is better, anybody with talent goes there for the money and big tournaments.

Iirc there was one BDO guy who did okay and he's moving to the PDC asap.
