Hendry forced the competition to improve
imo, he took the game to a new level but after a while others have caught up, I don't think Hendry has got drastically worse, just the whole standard has improved so much over the last 10 years.
If you're talking domination then I think Bradman is still the Don (see what I did there?), obv it's a team sport, but his figures speak for themselves. He's so far ahead of any other cricketer (well batsman) ever that he must be considered the most dominant sportsman ever.
