At Telstra Dome, a new and large stadium in Melbourne, supporters at Melbourne Victory games have been ordered not to stand during the game on an upper levels because of fears over its structural integrity. If that can happen at a multi-million dollar new stadium, I'm not surprised to see it happening at a relatively minor stadium in Brazil.

It's not a minor stadium, the stadium is old though and was packed (more than 60k people).
