Default Can you please read that number plate for me? No? I'm sorry to tell you that you've failed your test

Guy this morning failed his test without even getting in the car. Although he managed to read the number plate when I tested him, he confessed after the test that it's generally 50/50 whether he can read it or not.

Easy fifty quid for me mind.

I can't see more than about a foot in front of me without glasses. Was ****ing hilarious driving without glasses, the one time I did it.

One of my mates failed his 3rd test because he was taking it in his missus's car and when they turned up to the test centre the examiner pointed out the rear brake lights werent working

Similar thing happened to me on my first test. The bloke asked me to read the number plate and I couldn't, he told me step forward and I still couldnt read it. He told me step forward one last time and I got it right. He said that if you cant read it, then the examiner has to get a tape measure out and measure the exact distance.
