Europe needs to do the same. Groups of 4 max in the future.
What chance do Andorra, Armenia, Cyprus, Azerbajaan, San Mario, Lichentsten, Sloenia, Macdeonia, Georgia, Bosnia, Luxembog, England, Albania, Lithuania, Faroe, Austria, Estonia, Moldova, Kazaksthan, Malta, Iceland, Balarus, Montenegro and Latvia have of making it.
That's like 23 teams who really should be removed or made to qualify.
Something like:
Pot C and Pot F
Pot D and Pot E play home/away. Losers go home.
Get rid of 18 teams in about 2 weeks.
The winners play randomly drawn home/away playoffs.
Whoever wins goes into the group stage.
That drops the total number from 54 down to 36, giving 9 groups of 4. The 9 winners go through, and the 8 runners up play-off for the last spot.

I hope we get the Czech's or the French. Greece would be a disaster as we need someone decent in our group in order to show how we should have progressed by then.
