Hungary have all of a sudden become decent again, and are exactly the team Ireland will lose 4 points from.

Apart from Macedonia, they would be my least favoured team to meet from that pot.

Prequalifying such a retarded idea unless you have a majority of tiny teams. Once you get past the Italys and Frances of Uefa theres not really that much of a difference between a lot of the sides. Latvia a perfect example, finalists four years ago, struggling now. There's just nowhere you can draw a line fairly in Uefa.

Plus if you deprive the smaller nations of their big games you're going to cut of a lot of their revenue which will harm the game at grass roots. Pre qualifying just such a chronically ****ed up idea on all levels.

I dont really fancy Denmark from Pot C tbh. From the bottom pot it'll be nice to get Malta or San Marino, Malta had some decent results in their recent group but think it'd be a decent draw, dont want to use all my "luck" on higher seed pots
