I think they are casually dismissing the fact they have one of the worst defences in the country and a hideously unbalanced midfield, and looking at a handful of talented indiviuals.
Villa better on paper, grass, tarmac and wool.

Of course not.
If it had to happen I'd like them to finish fourth, us to finish fifth and then win the CL final in a gloriously unfair manner - the dodgiest of dodgy penalties or a goal that was several kilometers offside. Citeh fans would probably explode in that situation.

if it keeps chelsea out, yes please.
could actually see them getting through the CL group phase as long as they didnt get too hard a group.

We're not doing too bad considering the bubble burst after the Chelsea game.
Cant see us finishing in the top 4 tbh. I'd be happy with anything above 8th, 6th is a bonus.
More important to get to a the league cup final, winning that is a bonus.
