Your Summer Signings - are they doing well so far and do they look any good?
So, the player you signed this summer, how are they faring so far, and do you reckon they'll still be at your club in January or August?
I'll start off with Newcastle;
Mark Viduka (CF): Hot and cold. Scored a few good goals but the usual fitness problems, seemed out of sorts of late.
Joey Barton (CM): Got injured in pre-season and only came back about a month ago. Still regaining match fitness, or I hope so, he's been gash.
Geremi (utility): Done nowt, at all.
Habib Beye (RB/CB): Solid, if unspectacular start to his Newcaastle career.
Jose Enrique (LB): Has shown he can pick a pass, although his ability to get back after an attack isn't the greatest.
Abdoulaye Faye (CB/DM): A colossus one week, a nervous wreck the next. Inconsistent so far.
Claudio Cacapa (CB): Was great at the very beginning, looked like a great free transfer. However, was subbed after 15 minutes after 2 big errors vs. Pompey at home.
David Rozenhal (CB): Has looked very cool, composed and solid.
Alan Smith (god only knows.): Has been played upfront, on the right, as an attacking mid and as a defensive mid. Earned 7 bookings in about 12 games, and still hasn't scored.
Lets hear about your clubs signings. How are they doing, have they played well, badly or at all?
Be prepared to change your judgement by the end of the season, too.

Sagna- ffffffffbbbbb, most Arsenal fans could not understand the signing, but he's absolutely brilliant.
Diarra - Has been good when he played, will eventually replace Flamini in the first team imo.
Eduardo - has shown bits of class, again not been given a real opportunuty, time will tell but im certain he will be a success once he settles and gets a run.

torres - oh yes.
lucas - oh yes.
babel - loads of potential, starting to show it.
voronin - neat little player at first, been a bit poor recently though. still all is good as he was free.
benayoun - yes.
itandje - backup to reina so not seen too much of him except for some carling cup games. first one he was a bit dodgy but did well against cardiff.
bags of youngsters too for the future, with a lot of them suppost to be doing great.

Varney's been good at times, not done a lot at others.
Sometimes Iwelumo can look like a bit of a 'donkey' striker, others he does very well.
Mills has been very good most of the time, kept Moutaouakil out of the team.
Sodje has done well, but not very good when it comes to passing the ball out of defence and sometimes being a bit more composed, but really attacks the ball in the air. Can't remember seeing many defenders who do 4 or 5 diving headers pretty much every match. A threat from set pieces as well which was something else we needed.
Would like to see more of Racon, but Semedo and Zheng are playing well.

Alan Goodall - Very poor, has been dropped from starting line up
Don Hutchinson - Rarely plays and when he does play it's with zero effort
Chris Perry - Acceptable, nothing amazing
Darren Currie- Shown moments of genius but awgul at others, struggling for form
Paul Peschasolido - played 2 games and ****ed off injured
Richard Jackson - started awful, improved last couple of games
David Edwards - Showing promise for his age, made Wales debut
Paul McVeigh - Done very little
Paul Furlong - Amazing, scoring for fun and giving top effort for his age
Jaroslaw Fojut - Loan from bolton, playing well and bery solid centre back

Belletti - supreme
Alex - big, desperately needed as shown by JT and Ricky's absences
Sidwell - when he's played he's done well, will be useful in Jan
Malouda - started so well, now plays like he can't be arsed. JM's man
Pizarro - barely featured, either injured or late back from internationals
Ben-Haim - would gladly pay a taxi fare for him to any other football club in this galaxy
