| Cruyff is standing on the sideline for years now just commenting on Ajax, Oranje and Barcelona. He's been asked to manage Oranje and Ajax about twice a year, but he feels more comfortable on the sidelines without any real responsibility whatsoever.

And btw, I don't see Bergkamp become a manager or something, he's not that type of guy.
I do see him become a youth coach at Ajax, like many ex-Ajaxplayers do. Or maybe he'll become a 'striker-coach' or something.
But manager? Nah.
