It makes sense to use the Home Championships as WC Quals. Maybe as the 1st stage of the WC Quals, then the top two could advance to the second stage (which would be the same as the current Euro WC Quals).

I was going say i wonder what the big clubs will think about this but then I realised that the big clubs are by and large unaffected by this nonsense,
