saw them at leeds too but there were too many chavs there to enjoy it.

you heard the lineup for the NME this time. i heard sunshine underground and klaxons are the 2 'less known' bands. the headliner will be announced soon

Haven't heard anything about it tbh. Not fussed on either of those but if the other 2 bands are any good I'll go. Can see the headliner being someone like The Fratellis, Dirty Pretty Things or The Raconteurs. I'd love Hot Chip to be involved.

still not really got into giant drag, need to listen to more of their stuff. a few other good recommendations though, mostly impressive with the exceptions of, err little man tate, long blondes and pigeon detectives who are just all so average imo.

Anybody who hasn't heard anything by iForward, Russia! needs to sort it pretty much straight away. I suppose the Raconteurs fall into this category, I really like their album.

was really disappointed with the raconteurs album when i first got it but it's grown on me so much, so yeah, it is worth a buy and forward russia still remain one of the best bands i've seen live.

Not really into Indie, I find it all a bit boring to be honest. I like the Arctic Monkeys though, and the guitarist in my band is trying to get me into Forward Russia.

I prefer heavier stuff. Indie bands just don't seem to have good riffs or drumming.
