Anyone playing it? Really good so far (just ended Chapter 1).


And i am so impressed by the main protagonist that i will try to get the, so far only, translated short story.


And hopefully they will decide to translate all the 5 novels and 3 short stories.

Very good game, had it two weeks ago for review. Brilliantly engaging story, beautiful graphics, with some fantastic RPG systems (although the combat felt a little clunky and rushed). Shipped with a bloody huge number of bugs though. Polish stories originally iirc? It's a game I intend picking up after Christmas, hopefully once they patch the hell out of it, so I can explore it much further. The 10 hours or so I did spend on it couldn't have done it justice.

They are also using some weird anti-piracy measure that, while causing little or no trouble for legitimate users, is giving pirates no end of hassle getting around. Securom and others could take note. Won't last forever of course, but it's delayed them. Game worth every penny though.

Gets a good solid review in PCZ, and looks interesting - may have to look at getting this after Crimbo.

The copyright is toss. Easy to bypass.


Anyway, they released the patch and i have no idea how it compares to the unpatched version. Once i got the game the patch was already available and so far i haven't encountered any significant bugs.


And absolutely no crashes so far... but to be frank i never have game crashes. If a game crashes on my PC it means there is a huge problem with it :cool:

This had me interested a while ago, iirc the Bioware guys sold them the game engine?

How well does it run? My computer is starting to look outdated, thing is this is basically the only game that I want that won't be out on the 360.

Not gonna be worth an upgrade just for this

No idea.

Apart from the loading times i don't think it has high requirements.


I have an AMD Athlon FX 57 (2.8ghz single core), 2 GB DDRAM 400 and Nvidia 8800 Ultra (yeah basically only the video card is top notch) and i was able to run it with everything set to max including anti-aliasing (4x is the max).



I just finished it and was reading on different forums with others that finished it and i find it a very welcome surprise the fact that quite a number of us have different outcomes with what happened to the characters in the game.
