So, the rumour is that Journeyman has just two episodes to save itself, due to the fact it's not doing so well in the Neilsens. This is despite the fact that NBC have, on several occasions in the past stated that the Neilsens are nowadays almost useless for gaugeing a show's popularity and audience numbers, since they don't take into account timeshifts, PVR's or online viewers. NBC advertise the show as free to view on their website ffs, and it's doing very good numbers there, while PVR's are becoming more and more common and there has been talk of trying to incorporate that into the Neilsens in the future somehow. Networks just baffle me at times.
On the plus side, the last two episodes have been bloody fantastic, especially this weeks which has been the best yet by a huge distance. So frustrated the FBI guy died, he obviously knew a fair bit

Was obvious the kid was Aeden, but it was well done nonetheless and helped establish at least a little sympathy for the character. The stuff with Jack was ffffffb though and it's good to have him back on side so quickly. The writers obviously know the pitfalls of a show like this and are doing their best to avoid them. If only the viewers would tune in on time, or NBC were to get a ****ing clue.
Still, can't be all bad, seems they are canning Bionic Woman too. Probably didn't help that Sackhoff quit when she realised just how awful the show was

Chuck and Life got renewals \o/
