although it will probably not be a popular nomination, I vote for Stan Collymore as the all time greatest striker in the EPL, took Forest to a 3rd place finish after getting promoted ( scoring 25 goals in the one season ), moved to Liverpool ( in what is still a record sale for Forest of 8.25 million ) and did pretty well there too averaging nearly a goal every other game, then sadly fell into obscurity and dogging

Under-rated: Owen - he will turn his career round and become one of the best strikers in the world once more. not finished by any means. Also Anelka is absolutely brilliant, Bolton so much worse without him.
Potential - Agbonlahor, Adebayor, van Persie (even though they're very good already, their careers could still go a lot further)
All time: Shearer, Fowler, Bergkamp, Henry, van Nistelrooy, Cantona, Wright.

See my previous post replacing Kalou with Sheva. If anything Sheva is underrated at the moment because he's doing a whole lot for Chelsea outside of scoring that's not going recognised by anyone at all. Wouldn't say he falls under any of the categories atm.
