I don't think you're supposed to have more than a couple of cups per day tbh.

However, I too drink at an almost hourly rate when I'm home or visiting friends.

Tea doesn't hold any caffeine at all, but it has something else that is just the same. And that is stronger in tea leafs but as you use less leaf than coffee beans the overall amount will be less. IIRC you should be fine even with your 3 bag system.

I usually drinks 1 - 1.5 litres of tea a day and usually use twinings but lipton ain't that bad. I usually stay clear of any sort of earl grey though.

I like tea but coffee is slightly better.

chai, hot apple cider, hot toddies, and basically any other warmed up drink is alright as well.
