Listerine is fb, swill it round your gob for about 30 seconds after brushing, you feel like you have a new mouth.

I just do the first wave until the minty-ness gets a bit much, then spit, then just go crazy on my teeth until I get bored for the second wave, and then the third wave is just to 'mop up' really.
A few minutes.

Sometimes I got sidetracked brushing my teeth whilst multi-tasking and just walk around the house brushing them for about 15-20 minutes. I use sensodine, no idea why, tastes vile.
