I've never heard it helped against aging but several NFL/NCAA Football players do it here in the States, I've seen several TV shows about guys using it because it helped them get healthy faster after injuries or recover faster between games...

Rooney was in one before WC2006 wasn't he, for his ankle?

I think Matt was commenting on the ageing think though. Never heard it used for that.

Isn't there less oxygen at high altitude?

Does oxygen age us then?

I bet asphyxiation is a much more enjoyable method.

Yeah, there is less oxygen at high altitude. I'm guessing it would be incredibly difficult to get to sleep aswell.
