| Hey, dummy's back. You got an answer to my post or are you just gonna ignore me because you're too arrogant to admit being wrong?
Refering to my 9:57pm post (California time) from yesterday btw. </BLOCKQUOTE>
Just noticed this gem. </BLOCKQUOTE>
And the answer is? </BLOCKQUOTE>
My answer is that I have no idea what you're prattling on about and question the faculties of whatever INS official let you in?

OK, what's Arizona like in other respects? If I wanted to get better at conducting, orchestrating, arranging and production, but also wanted not to be stuck in a dive, would it still be the place to go?

As part of my course, I spend a year abroad at a uni in the Americas. I'm tempted by Argentina or maybe Mexico or Chile, but I'm not confident that my Spanish will be good enough.
In the USA, our course has an agreement with the following uni's:
University of South Carolina
University of Connecticut
University of Wisconsin-Madison
University of California (any of the campuses)
A gut (and probably ignorant) choice would be UCLA, especially if I could wangle doing papers on the Californian psychedelic music scene, or Southern Literature, as our choice of uni will be linked to any interests for study. Cult status, and it would allow me to travel round and experience California.
Obviously I'm not worried about their academic reputation, so which one of those would any of you think to be a great environment to study/live there for a year (obviously including all social experiences in that) please?
| USC was where Anton Ferdinand went to mourn his dead grandmother too.
I can't really speak for UConn or the California campuses, but I can say Wisconsin is awesome in the summer and terrible in the winter. Walking miles in the cold really sucks when you have to do it everyday. So my suggestion is to head out to California during winter break in the unlikely event you end up in Madison.

I told a wisconsin native that I wanted to go check it out up there and she looked horrified. I told her I meant madison and she said "oh...well...yeah, madison is okay."
