Every country has a point in claiming it is the best in the world but the one that most people would vote for (if you couldn't vote for your own country) would be America most likely and I added "most powerfull" to my sentence making America the only choice if you include political or economical or military power, hence my jealousy argument. </BLOCKQUOTE>

No American visit is complete without New York City. Start there and either head North to Boston or South to Philadelphia and Washington D.C.

I'd say Spring if you're okay with dealing with rain. It gets really humid and muggy in the summer, especially in D.C. cause it's built on a swamp.

I lived in both Western Europe and the US and I've been happier here if it counts for anything.
Then if quality of life is just about the same but one country is more powerful than the other =&gt; US &gt; Western Europe.
