He's good when he takes over someone else's team - but when he has to form his own things start to go wrong.

I imagine we'll get another SFA yes man, for once I don't mind that, just need someone average to keep things running steadily.

I just realised my first sentence was nearly exactly the same as ATW's. Except in my case they were bloody fantastic memories!
