Wont happen yet. Consoles cost too much to keep bringing them out every few years. the 360 will be around for a few more years yet

They haven't fully embraced the technology available to them yet (see PES2008 on PS3), so while I don't deny they've plans for such consoles, I dare say they're four to six years away.

They used to change every three to four years, but Playstation One bucked that trend (possibly due to lack of serious competition).
