Very likeable and an excellent League One manager but took us as far as he could. We'd never have finished so close to the play offs last year with him in charge and frankly we looked doomed until we sacked him.
No offence but Plymouth about his level, no better than a midtable Championship manager unfortunately. Top bloke though.
