Finneys was banned for 3 months today for: "Racist comment."

Fair enough, he made a racist comment and therefore a moderator banned him. However look at the huge amount of racist comments that pervade OTF. You all know yourselves. The specific word that finneys used arises 18 times since last February in a search, using the apparaent correct spelling. Were all those comments dealt with in the same manner? No they weren't. My question is why not? And then what about all the other comments? Were they dealt with?
