they only make a 'profit' to cover the costs of people who don't end up paying it back. which, seeing as it takes many people a good 20 years or so, is increasingly more.
The funny thing is, they set the interest rate by the rate of inflation in March of this year which was a strangely high month (double that of last years March) so we're stuck with 4.8%. So unlucky really

I'll admit to it. I sent out a few letters abroad 2nd class It's just laziness to be honest, all that had to be done was put the International letters into a seperate box but they really just go into the same box as 2nd class ones :cool: Yes, I was one of those lazy *****!
