Now I remember him, he also used to put oranges in some of the trees near the bottom of Hertford Street, in fact was once at a house party in Coundon with him years ago. He was great!

I work in Manchester city centre get there before 7a.m. most days and have never seen the object of discussion in this thread though.

Another one for regular Manchester city centre visitors is the bloke who (haven't seen him for a couple of months) busks very badly (possibly deliberately) outside Boots at the bottom of Market Street.
If you see him, make eye contact with him, he is ffffb.
