Have done my 11th consecutive day at the gym.
Am doing 30 mins X-trainer every day, plus 12 mins row and 12 mins bike every second day.
Main intention is just to get in shape, a by-product of which will be a 1 stone weight loss. Tend to do this every year then pile it back on in the second half!
No weight loss as yet

but through experience, it tends to kick in after a month or so. Feeling a lot better already, and this week's 5-a-side was noticibly sharper than in months. :thup:
