| I go off in the completely wrong direction, hate it. Rather concentrate on running/cycling/rowing.
I can't wait to go actually, got some headphones for my iPod so it's loud instead of those crappy white ones you get.

Around 1 and a half to 2 hours a day
Swim for 30 minutes
15 minutes of the cross trainer then 15 on the rowing machine
Then at least 30 minutes doing weights then 10 minutes in the steam room

Palm up or palm down Barbell wrist curls.

Reverse Barbell curls.

Or you could do them but with a Dumbbell rather than a Barbell. Whichever you feel comfortable with really.

Well on the smiths machine I've gone from starting benching 24kg in total (12.5kg each side) to now 55kg (27.5kg each side) in 18 months.
On the freeweight bench press bar I 'can' do reps at 40kg (bar weight is another 15/20 I think) and that again is probably double my starting weight.
It's not body builder levels, (you're brother can do equiverlent of about 98kgs or something, for example) but it's a massive improvement, and considering my weight is about 77kilos now, my target is to bench my own bodyweight and get more definition in my arms
Thing is my wrists are so so skinny and it's impossible to put muscle on there
