Baros is a good player and would be a great signing but he'll go to a CL club. I'm a little surpirised we haven't been busier so far this summer aswell, unlike you, although you have signed 4 players to the quality of phillips, hughes taylor an berger. i hear vassell is leaving.

you were busy being rejected by Bowyer, if that helps
And Pandiani waiting to see who offers him more money.
And by Panathiniakos digging in for an inflated fee for an average player.
And by Parker.
And by Bergdolmo. |

Albion sign Diomansy Kamara today. He's going to do some damage at some club sometime - would have been an interesting and cheap signing for us.

I dont think there will be any more signings before the start of the season.
Very short in midefield now. Cleamence and DJ groin strains, Dunn not back till October (if at all) Izzy Muzet being treated with kid gloves and we sold Carter USM.

I hope your wrong. We need improving in a couple of positions, otherwise we'll have exactly the same season as last. The ting that frightens me is that both of our signings so far have been on loan at us, so it is not as if were adding to the suad as it is keeing it. Albeit Forss was out for last season with injury.
Still, i'd love to see Joey Barton in our midfield ontop of another centre half and left sided player.

Yup, a couple of players are badly needed, notably in midfield- i'm all for keeping Clemence and DJ for only as squad players, really need to step up a gear in our signings if we are too improve on last season (or even the season before)
I wouldn't mind Barton tbh..a younger version of Savage maybe? Someone like, er, Danny Murphy (he was the 1st player to come to mind, i'm having a mental block!)
