I think the team had significantly better prospects at the twilight of TF's reign at the club than at present

For all your possesion you never looked threatening tbh. You remind me of West Ham when we went down. We couldnt win a home game and it cost us. You have players that mean you should do ok in the prem but they have no confidence. I fear for you!

And replace him with who?

cos we ent getting no cash in January, that is a fact.

We are going down now tbh, 4 points gap, then you have villa, everton etc who aren't going to be dragged down. It's not just the gap that is there and is getting bigger by the game, it's our performances.

Last night we didn't really deserve to loose, but we did, to a West Ham team who aren't a better team than us tbh.

We just can't defend, look lacksutre with the ball, no one makes themself available, it's just a joke. Sometimes being brave isn't making challenge after challenge, it's about taking the ball of your team mates, and some of the blues players haven't had that bottle all season.

Gray, for all his ability, is a lazy, scared, prat, a wase of good money. Pennant, when he wants it, he is a good player, but the same as Gray. melchiot, here for the money. Butt, past it, never was a good player never will be. Pandiani, not a footballer, maybe a goalscorer, but how poor does he look in a poor side? Kilkenny, has drive. DJ, same as Kilkenny. Dunn, excellent, brave and has a spark about him. Heskey, lacks support. Upson, wondering who he's goinna go to next. Kenny, past it. Clapham, tries, just isn't good enough. Martin Taylor, not good enough.

Some of brucie's signings have to be questioned tbh, but I'm not going to jump on his back. There are other teams players who i consider 'just not good enough' but at least they have a bit of spirit and desire to them.

Were going nowhere ele i'm afraid, other than back down to the Nationwide or whatever they want to call it these days. It's ashame, because we had potential.

the scenes today when we scored were just amazing. It's just ashame that win has come this long into the season, and that the points gap is still there.

Yep, too little too late and still a 4 point gap.

We're only 4 points behind West Brom and have a game in hand on them. If we can get a win against Man.City then it won't be looking too bad, although I still think we will be relegated

i seen enough today to give me hope.

There is more than half a season still to play, we are still intact and might be putting a little run together. The fans got behind the players today and they responded with a battling performace, we were always the better side.

Christmas will be tough, we have hard fixtures, but if we can keep the points tally ticking over we will be in with a shout. Heskey, Pennant, Dunn and Butt all looked like they could make/get on the end of something today, which was a positive.

I was going to say! Seems like far two much negativity in here. As an Albion fan I am pleased that we have hit form, but I am still worried about you lot hitting a bit of form. You have a good squad and surely will get it right soon?

I am just glad we haven't left it until January to start performing again because there aren't enough crap teams this time to be able to do that.

You have four teams on 16-17 points that you can try and catch and you only need to catch one of them. So you know that if you get it right you are bound to catch one of them, just hope it isn't us though
